At Speech & Beyond, we are looking to expand our team of passionate Speech Therapists. Our unique approach to therapy, which includes in-home and teletherapy services, has been highly successful in meeting the needs of our clients in Alaska. Our founder, Liz, started Speech & Beyond as a small business to provide her with the flexibility to be a devoted mom and wife while building a thriving practice. Now, we're looking for talented Speech Therapists to join us on our journey. Our business model is agile and adaptable to the ever-changing times, and we're experiencing a growing demand for our services.

Compensation and Benefits
• Highly competitive rate - Paid per session (not hour), sessions are 30-45 minutes long
• Material Allowance – reimbursed for purchasing therapy materials
• Licensing Fees – reimbursed for ASHA and AK Licensing Fees
